This is Nothing but, pure petty politics as well as electoral maths for votes in the run up to Gen Elections. Mango men neither have time nor resources or time to afford to read such books therefore, violence is instigated by the so called educated illiterates by the self proclaimed intelligentsia devoid of ground realities for the obvious reasons ... purposely misinterpreting such literature.
